How can I contact the hotel for reservations?
You can reach us via our US phone at (505) 217-1809 or Mexico (612) 178-0104 or email us at reservations@serendipityventures.com. Please leave us a message at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
All rooms include private bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a small under-counter fridge, purified drinking water and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, beach towels and hair dryers can be provided upon request.
When can I check-in?
Check-In: 2pm – 8pm
Check-Out: Before 12 noon
We appreciate when our guests communicate what time they expect to arrive. If you need a later check-out, please communicate that with the Serendipity staff and we will try to accommodate your request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival is free of charge. Within 15 days, we charge a non-refundable one-night fee. If you don’t come and give no notice, the full amount is charged.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
We do not allow guest pets on-site, as we already have two friendly resident dogs living here.
Do you offer any special packages or discounts?
Depending on the season, we offer packages and discounts for extended stays. Contact our reservations team for current offers.
What dining options are available on-site?
We offer a complimentary breakfast to start your day off right. Additionally, you’ll find many nearby restaurants that come highly recommended, giving you plenty of delicious options to explore during your stay.
Can I host events or weddings at the hotel?
Absolutely! Our dedicated events team can help you plan the perfect wedding or event, with stunning beachfront venues and tailored catering options.
What is the beach at your hotel like? Is it safe for swimming, and are there any activities available there?
Our hotel is located on the Pacific Ocean, offering stunning views and a pristine beach perfect for long walks and whale watching. Please note that the waters here are not swimmable due to a strong undertow. However, there are beaches within driving distance where you can enjoy swimming and surfing. During the December to March months, turtle releases occur on the beach near our property. This is a favorite attraction for many visitors.
Should I Rent a Car?
Because Todos Santos is very spread out, many guests prefer the convenience of a car which provides accessibility to town, various beaches, activities and interesting day trips. There are not a lot of taxis in town and they can be costly. For those who enjoy walking, please note that there are no sidewalks between Serendipity and downtown and at night roads are not lighted and can be challenging.
Activities in Todos Santos & The Baja
There are many activities to do in and around Todos Santos including hiking, fishing, horseback riding, whale watching, shopping, visiting art galleries and sampling local cuisines at the many excellent restaurants. If you are interested in a day trip, the Cowboy Museum and silver mine in El Truinfo, swimming with sea lions or whale sharks in La Paz or a longer trip to Espiritu Santo are well worth the time and favorite adventures for our visitors. Eco Baja Tours https://ecobajatours.com/ – This shuttle will take you from the airport to downtown Todos Santos. You can check their schedules and purchase tickets in advance or on site. Allow ample time to get through the airport as they do not wait if you experience a delay.
