COVID-19 | Serendipity Hygiene Protocols
Serendipity has always prioritized the health and safety of our guests and employees and, during this uncertain time, we now include the implementation of all Covid-19 safety protocols required by the Mexican government. Our staff completed extensive training about Covid-19 in order to assure all safe practices are in place and Serendipity has received the Federal Certification as a Punto Limpio (Clean Point). In addition to our regular cleaning program, we are requiring the following safe practices:
- Temperature checks are required for all guests upon arrival
- Guests are required to wear masks in all public areas
- Government approved hand sanitizer is provided in each room and entrance area
- A hand washing station is provided at the general entrance
- Staff is required to use masks and regularly wash their hands
- Social distancing will be enforced
- All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests
- All dining will be outside and meals will be served directly to guests. There will be no buffets
- Tables and chairs will be disinfected between uses
- Reduced occupancy levels will be followed
- All other government-mandated cleaning, disinfecting and service guidelines will be followed
