It is the only room in the second floor of the tower.

Serendipity has always prioritized the health and safety of our guests and employees and, during this uncertain time, we now include the implementation of all Covid-19 safety protocols required by the Mexican government.  Our staff completed extensive training about Covid-19 in order to assure all safe practices are in place and Serendipity has received the Federal Certification as a Punto Limpio (Clean Point).  In addition to our regular cleaning program, we are requiring the following safe practices:

• Temperature checks are required for all guests upon arrival
• Guests are required to wear masks in all public areas
• Government approved hand sanitizer is provided in each room and entrance area
• A hand washing station is provided at the general entrance
• Staff is required to use masks and regularly wash their hands
• Social distancing will be enforced
• All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests
• All dining will be outside and meals will be served directly to guests.  There will be no buffets
• Tables and chairs will be disinfected between uses
• Reduced occupancy levels will be followed
• All other government-mandated cleaning, disinfecting and service guidelines will be followed 

• A Visa or Master Card number and expiration date is required to secure your reservation.  A
  non-refundable one-night deposit including room tax will be charged 15 days before arrival
  with the remainder due on arrival. 
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation for rooms reserved for Christmas week.
• Room Prices are in US Dollars and Do Not Include the Required 19% Mexican Tax or Tips
• 2 Night Minimum Preferred.  $15 will be added to the room price for a one night only reservation.
• Additional beds = $25 per night    Additional breakfasts = $ 8 each
