Small & Intimate Celebrations

We at Serendipity believe that each wedding should be unique and reflect the spirit of the bride and groom. For that reason, we do not prepare all-inclusive packages that predetermine what you can have. Rather, we prefer to be flexible and work with you throughout the process to create the perfect wedding experience for all who are part of your special occasion. We prefer to focus on small intimate celebrations of up to 50 people and offer a wide variety of possibilities.

Flexible Catering

Serendipity has the ability to cater all your food needs including informal welcome dinners or pool parties, wedding buffets or sit-down service and day after breakfast or brunch buffets. In order to provide you with the greatest number of options in the least complicated way, we offer a variety of catering categories which reflect different price ranges. We will work with you to design a menu that best suits your palette and pocket book. Daily breakfast is provided for guests staying at Serendipity but additional meals or snacks for you or your wedding guests can be added to your total event plan.

On-Site Coordinator

Because we want you and your guests to relax and enjoy your experience at Serendipity, we oversee all aspects of your wedding and related activities and have a wedding coordinator available to help you with all your wedding needs from the initial planning to the final celebration.

Vendors

We work with a cadre of expert florists, musicians, photographers, and service staff who can meet your needs whether simple or exotic.

Serendipity prefers to use the excellent local resources available in Todos Santos but can also reach out to La Paz and Cabo San Lucas to provide you with a myriad of styles and flavors.
