We are glad to welcome you and want to make your stay a comfortable one, so there are a few things that you need to know. If you have any questions or requests, we are here to help.  We hope your stay with us is an enjoyable one.

ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY

  • The main entrance is at the lower end with an electric gate.  When leaving, the gate will open automatically.  When entering, please push the button on the left to open the gate. It will automatically close in about 30 seconds.
  • If the gate will not open, there is another manual gate at the upper east side of the property.  There is a slide bolt that will allow you to open it.  Call us if you need help.  (+52-612-108-3502 mx cell)
  • There is ample parking in front of the main building.
  • Please keep all gates closed to help us keep our dogs at home.

IN THE ROOM:

  • No smoking inside the rooms.  Smoking on patios and outside areas is permitted as long as smoke does not go into the other rooms.
  • Tap water is good for brushing teeth and taking showers.  Purified drinking water is provided in the large bottles of water in the room and smaller bottles in the bathroom.   We ask you to refill the smaller bottles whenever possible to reduce plastic waste.
  • It may take as much as a minute to get hot water in the faucets.  Please run the sink faucet first. Once that water is hot, the shower water will also be hot.
  • Please keep all pool and bath towels on the property.  Beach towels are available upon request.
  • Coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner, and hair dyers can also be made available upon request.
  • Please don’t flush paper or feminine products in the toilet. Place items in the container next to the toilet.  We replace the bags daily.
  • Maid service is provided daily for basic cleaning, making beds and removing garbage.  Due to water shortages, towels are changed every other day and sheets every third day.  This can be done daily  upon request.
  • Keep all doors closed when using the AC. Turn off AC´s when leaving the room.

GENERAL PROPERTY:

  • No usage of illicit drugs.
  • No pets unless approved by owner.
  • Patios and tower areas are open to all guests. Seats are available on both upper tower levels, but there are private rooms there, so please do not open doors or disturb the guests staying there.  Access hours for guests not staying in the tower room is 10 am – 8 pm.
  • Breakfast is served on the larger patio by the pool from 7:30 – 9:45 am.  It is full to-order off a menu and is included in the price of your room.
  • The main kitchen in the central building is our private area.  Thank you for not entering or using dishes or supplies from that area.
  • You are welcome to bring your own drinks and alcohol and to use your room refrigerator.
  • A small Honor Bar is located in the bar area of the central building.  Fill out the bar slip and help us replace what you use when you check out.  Bottles on the upper shelf do not contain alcohol.  They are only for decoration.   Feel free to use the bar glassware in the patio area, but please use the acrylic glassware around the pool.
  • Pool rules are posted above the Jacuzzi dial on the post near the Jacuzzi.  To heat the Jacuzzi, turn the dial to the right.  It takes about 40 minutes to heat the first time.  Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
  • The walk to the beach and the turtle release area is a short one.  Go down the road behind the pool house to the house at the bottom of the property, go left around their gate and you are on the beach.  The ocean has very strong undertow and is very dangerous for swimming, but we will gladly give you directions to the swimming/surfing beaches south of town.

Taxi Service:

We provide the local Journal de Pacifico in each room that comes with a map of our town to help you find your way around.

For those traveling without cars – here are our recommended taxis.
